This game was pretty fun to play through, and cheap so that's a bonus.

The new Sam and Max stuff, if you like those kinds of games: http://www.telltalegames.com/store/samandmax

The episodes are pretty short, maybe 3 hours to finish, and six per season. You can buy them separately or get each season for cheaper than getting them individually.

Play Fallout 2.

Prepare yourself for Fallout 3.  Also, as part of the plot, you start out in Ashland, Oregon and roadtrip your way down to California, so it's quite timely.

Mine works on Vista and XP. I might have had to tweak it a bit, I can't remember what I did.

There's a patch you need to download somewhere....

I'll see if I can dig it up when I get home, since Interplay is d-e-d.

if you are into command and conquer, that boxed set (think its called first decade?), is like $30 or so, and a ton of game for one install.  only problem is you might have to install / patch it with intarwebnetz access first before you play offline.

I dont think Civ4 is going to be Bag's game, there is no jewish delegation with which to rule the planet.

You can still have a jewish civilization who refuses to listen to the words of any other religion and seeks to set the whole world to follow in it's Jewish ideals.

Civ IV takes up a lot of your time though.

For rpgs knights of the old republic 1 and 2, and neverwinter nights 1 and 2 are really good.  Personally if travelling metal slug on a psp is pretty fun.  If you have someone to play with knify spoonsies is pretty kick ass as well though you would need a knife and a spoon for that.
