I found this site today www.smoothping.com (http://www.smoothping.com) and it really works!
I had 290ms before and now I have 82ms. It's really easy to install and it's pretty cheap (only 5$ a month)
High ping is rape for anything you do and your dps. If you really want to improve your gaming get that shit, its just awesome!
