Title: Xbox Live Customer Service

I'm going to steal a Space Shuttle and fly it into the Xbox Live headquarters.  By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life.  Anyone else ever have any trouble with these fucking retards?

Yes, I argued with them for about 2 hours about my original xbox live account. I finally gave up.

I never bought a Gold account and I'm kinda glad I never did.

When my tag "Huge Digger Nick" was banned, I called and gave them quite a hard time to no avail.

Just mailed my xbox in for repairs! It died exactly 1 month before the 3 year repair window of the RROD lawsuit! So I guess thats a plus.
