Title: How to ship a car from Russia?

I am trying to ship a car from Moscow, Russia to Miami, Fl. I can't seem to find any good shipping companies and would appreciate some help if you know any. Do you also know how much it would cost me and what is the procedure when the car arrives in the USA. Thanks!
