Title: omgs there's no tech forums helps.

so I moved into a dorm not to long ago and I shipped my desktop because this dorm room is kinda big and i have the space.
So since packing up and moving my computer, the computer is now running half has fast, which is really fucking annoying, any ideas?

Is it your computer or just anything that involves the internet? When I lived in the dorms we had shared bandwidth and it sucked so bad.

my computer, my laptop is fine, and my ping is fairly reasonable.
