I was refreshing the blizzard store website at 5 minute intervals today when they said it was supposed to go up. It loaded on my girlfriends computer before it came up on mine and somehow they were already sold out. The tickets kept being sold out and then not sold out according to the site. Plus the store was still causing errors today even after almost a full day of downtime. We barely managed to get ours while they were up.

It has to be one of the most frustrating things I've ever had to deal with. The store had numerous problems yesterday , the tickets were on sale at like 6pst and caused the site to fubar within minutes, and calling phone support was near impossible because they didn't have enough lines to even have wait on hold so you would just get a busy signal 99% of the time. I can't think of how their handling of this could have been worse. They need to use ticketmaster or something next year so even if they sell out just as quick next year you don't miss out because of a shitty website and sit at your computer for 12+ hours hoping they will open up sales. Seriously fuck blizzard.
