So.... I played this weekend, and I liked the PQs if the mobs didn't bug out. I never got into a scenario, maybe I just picked a bad realm, but yeah ~

Other then that, it felt pretty much like playing Dungeon Siege.

I think the grunting every time I jumped ruined any desire I had to keep it on my computer.

Im gonna be rolling Order (first choice was destruction) on Barak Varr with my old DaoC guild. I started a toon on Isle of the Dead w/ Sayser were gonna be on today ill send Burg a tell.

Question about launch, do the majority of you want to do open rvr or core at launch, I personally would like to roll on open RvR. Head start is next tuesday.

The only thing that worries me about open RvR is the chicken thing, i read somewhere you cant go back to lower tier areas  because of it. Im not dead set on playing Order either, i would be down for core Destruction

I'd prefer core.  I don't want 15-year-old sociopaths beating up my alts while I'm leveling just because their daddies didn't love them enough.  (or loved them too much?)

BTW, for the people on the fence, WAR seems like it has good potential.  Although it's obviously being rushed to release, and as such, there are some gaps, it seems that some real effort has gone into reducing many of the standard MMO annoyances, and there's serious potential for keyboard-breaking pvp fun if the factions end up reasonably balanced.  Fortresses, deployable catapults, battering rams, boiling oil, battle standards, objectives that actually have some impact on the game world....

I got a couple questions, if I do the CE for the head start do they send the box early or do I have to get it via torrent still?  I'm in beta but I can't get a decent speed on the torrent(opened the ports/turned off firewall).

I stopped keeping track of this awhile ago, was planning on playing a witch hunter or hammerer but since the ladder is out anyone want to tell me about the WH? I've read a little about them and they seem pretty suck. Also can some one tell me how the ironbreaker and engineer does in pvp?

There's a site you can direct dl it from, goes at a better speed than the torrent. The link was on Warhammeralliance.com a while back, not sure what site it was on.
