You can set up your sound card (depending on model) to record sound channels with or without ventrillo's permission.  Or you can be all low tech and just use a mic to record what the speakers(again the non USB headset comment) play.  Why I mentioned notjack as you can hear everything in a 10 block radius when he keys up.
