The trick is killing him before shadron's acolyte spawns, so the immunity shield doesn't go up.  Also, tenebron enrages when Sarth hits 25%, hence the need for the execute classes.  Even still, Tenebron gets taunted and kited from 25% down. 

I'd imagine blizzard will hotfix it so that Tenebron gains 500% move speed when enraged.

It seems pretty flexible of a fight, really, in that there are multiple ways of doing it, and possible raid synergies are not always obvious.  I got it done with 3 shadow priests and a DK on adds spreading devouring plague with pestilence (getting fixed soon).  Two of the shadow priests weren't even that well geared (an alt and a casual-ish). Rest of the dps were a rogue and an elemental shaman off-spec.  2 healers: holy priest on the main tank (druid) and a resto shaman on drake tank, both covering the rest.  Got it down in like an hour and a half.

Bullshit. On a 75 second fight, with 40s being Heroism, 15s being Rapid Fire, and a speed pot after that... I guarantee I could do that.
