Aren't they going to train you about the technical aspects of home theater appliances? I am sure you will undergo training before they will allow you to entertain customers. Also, take note that good customer service will also be helpful.

A custumer is like a lonely woman: be friendly, get them to talk to you, find out all you can about them...., and never speak about yourself ----> they will choose their own appliance and thank you for it.
