she wouldn't necessarily run out of air, because she would have to be able to not close off her trachea completely then breathe through her nose (sword swallower's do the same thing). however, you would see a large bulge in her throat, there was none. a balloon with that much volume would more than likely be popped by the muscles in the esophagus, or at the very least you would see the part's of the balloon that were about to be put in her mouth swell because the esophagus would be compressing the rest of it. I also doubt a balloon that big would fit completely in her stomach without popping.
