Wait until Sunday, then download about 100-200 megs (not the whole file) of the new Dexter episode and the new Californication episode. Do this for all of the rips (there should be 2 Dexters and 2 Californications each or so). That's about 600 megs of download, and if you leave those seeding all week they'll seed for over 1-2gigs each.
Partial seeding is the best way to keep your ratio up.
